The problem
Wulaimot Akindele, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, wanted to see patients by video. She needed people to be able to book, find out what they'd pay and sign their forms without a phone call, and she needed one place to see her day.
What we did
We wrote the site the way she talks to patients: plainly, and without pressure. Booking takes four short steps and shows a cost estimate before anyone creates an account. Patients can use their insurance or pay privately. Intake and consent forms change with each answer, and the visit itself happens in the browser, so nobody has to install an app.
The result
WellSide is live and taking new patients. Someone can go from the homepage to a booked video appointment in one sitting, with their paperwork done, and Wulaimot sees appointments, forms and insurance details in her provider portal instead of an inbox.

Forms that skip what doesn't apply
Intake questions branch on earlier answers, so each patient only sees what's relevant to them.
